Elevated Adventure Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates elevatedadventureco.com and provides guided outdoor experiences including our Reels & Rides fly-fishing and mountain-biking trips. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you book a trip, sign a waiver, contact us through the website, or sign up for SMS or email updates. This typically includes your name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, emergency contact, and details related to your booking (group size, trip date, equipment needs, fishing-license status, dietary or accessibility notes).

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, approximate location based on IP) for security and analytics purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and deliver the trips and services you book with us;
  • Communicate with you about your reservation, including changes, weather, and trail or river conditions;
  • Respond to questions you send us;
  • Send marketing and promotional messages, but only to the extent you have opted in to receive them;
  • Improve the website and our services; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number to Elevated Adventure Co. and opt in to receive text messages — for example, by checking the SMS box on a booking or contact form, by initialing the SMS opt-in line on a paper waiver, or by texting a keyword such as JOIN to our number — you are giving Elevated Adventure Co. permission to send SMS messages to that number.

Mobile information is not shared. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in status, or the contents of any SMS conversation with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share this information with any third party for any purpose. The only exception is sharing with the service providers who help us send and deliver the messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform Dialpad and the underlying mobile carriers); these providers are contractually limited to using the information solely to deliver the messages you have asked us to send. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Program details. Message frequency varies, but you should not expect more than 4 messages per month from any one program. Messages may include booking confirmations and reminders, customer-service replies, operational alerts about weather or trail/river conditions, and occasional Reels & Rides marketing or seasonal promotions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you can request help by replying HELP or by emailing support@elevatedadventureco.com.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate our business and as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers. We use third-party platforms to run the business, including our booking system, payment processor, email service provider, SMS platform (Dialpad), and analytics. These providers may receive personal information in order to perform services on our behalf and are contractually limited to using it for those purposes.
  • Mobile information. As stated in the SMS / Mobile Messaging Program section above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties for any purpose other than message delivery.
  • Legal. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our guests, guides, or property.

Your choices

You can update your information, unsubscribe from email, or opt out of SMS at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message;
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; or
  • Emailing support@elevatedadventureco.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work correctly without them.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of the opt-in plus a reasonable period to demonstrate compliance.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors participating in trips are registered by a parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where appropriate, by email or SMS.
